1. About us

These terms apply to your use of the Glow and Go Tanning Solutions Ltd website (glowandgotan.co.uk) and to sunbed sessions purchased or used at our salon at 48 Embankment Road, Prince Rock, Plymouth, Devon, PL4 9HY.

2. Age restriction

Sunbed use at Glow & Go is strictly for customers aged 18 and over, in line with the Sunbeds (Regulation) Act 2010. We may ask for valid photo ID, such as a passport, UK driving licence, or other government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth, to confirm your age before your session.

3. Sessions and packages

  • Pay-as-you-go: £0.85 per minute
  • 30-minute package: £24
  • 60-minute package: £48
  • 90-minute package: £72
  • 1-week package: £45, up to 60 minutes total
  • 4-week package: £145, up to 60 minutes per week

Pay-as-you-go credit and minute packages do not expire. Weekly packages are capped at 60 minutes per week; any unused minutes within a week are not carried over once that week ends.

Prices are correct at the time of publishing and may change without prior notice. A price change does not affect a package you’ve already purchased.

4. Booking and walk-ins

You’re welcome to walk in, or contact us ahead of your visit to check availability. We do not currently offer online booking, so availability cannot be guaranteed without contacting us first, particularly at busy times.

5. Health and safety

  • UV tanning carries risk and is not suitable for everyone. We do not claim sunbed use is safe, risk-free, or beneficial to health.
  • You must follow the safety guidance provided by our team before and during your session, including use of the eye protection supplied.
  • If you have very fair skin, burn easily, or have a history of skin cancer, please read the official GOV.UK sunbed safety advice before your visit, or speak to our team.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a session if we believe it would not be safe for you.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Pay-as-you-go sessions and minute packages are non-refundable once purchased but do not expire, so remaining minutes can be used at any future visit. Weekly packages are non-refundable once purchased, and any unused minutes are forfeited at the end of the package period. If the salon is closed for maintenance, holiday, or an unforeseen reason during your package period, contact us and we’ll agree a fair extension.

7. Promotions

Any promotional offers, such as multi-person package deals, are only valid where explicitly confirmed as current on our Prices page or in-salon signage, and are subject to the specific terms stated at the time.

8. Website use

  • The content of this website is owned by Glow and Go Tanning Solutions Ltd. You may not copy or reproduce it without our permission.
  • We try to keep website information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is error-free.
  • We are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant session or package.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
